Our box office and entrance are located on Vignes Street.
We do not offer on-site parking but street parking is available.

What are your hours?

We do not have set hours. The time listed on the ticket page for your event (and the ticket itself) is the time that doors open. If there are multiple shows in a night, you will be admitted at the time listed on your event’s ticket page. We usually close about an hour after the show ends.  Some nights we have two shows; if your show is marked as an “Early Show” it will likely end by 9:00pm. “Late Show” doors usually open around 9:30pm.

What are the set times?

We do not announce set times in advance, as they are always subject to last-minute changes. The time listed is always when doors open, and music generally begins 15-30 minutes after doors. One to three support acts usually precede the headliner. On weekdays, most shows end before midnight. Some nights we have two shows; if your show is marked as an “Early Show” it will likely end by 9:00pm. Every show is different, so the only way to guarantee you won’t miss anything is to show up at the time on your ticket and plan to stay for the duration.

Where do I park?

Street parking in our neighborhood is relatively easy for Downtown LA. Check the signs, but most meters are free after 6pm. We do not offer valet parking or a customer lot. Rideshare is a great option (especially if you’re going to take advantage of our full bar) and the Little Tokyo / Arts District Station (Metro Gold Line) is a 5 min walk away.

What is your bag policy?

We do not have bag restrictions, but please know bags are subject to search upon entering the venue. No outside alcohol, spray paint, or weapons will be allowed inside. Also, we do not have a coat check for oversized bags.

Do you offer disability seating?

Yes! We are standing room only, but if you require ADA accommodation, please reach out to us prior to the day of the show at info@themoroccan.com. If unable to make arrangements in advance, please arrive 15 minutes before the doors open to ensure we are able to reserve space for you.

How can I get tickets to a Moroccan Lounge show?

You can purchase tickets in person at our box office on show nights, or online via Ticketmaster.

In Person: ***AS OF MARCH 2025, MOROCCAN LOUNGE IS A CASHLESS VENUE!!*** Our fee-free cash box office Fridays have been retired. You are still welcome to come to the Moroccan Box Office on show nights or Fridays 12-4pm to purchase tickets for upcoming shows with a credit card. All box office ticket sales will have a $2 per ticket service charge. Please see our home page for show calendar – the time stated for each show is when the box office opens for the evening.

Online: You can purchase tickets online by clicking the TICKETS button on any show page on our site and you will be taken to the Ticketmaster site. Need help? Here’s how to contact the Ticketmaster Support team:

  • Click the ‘Contact the Organizer’ button in your confirmation email, or on the event listing page
  • Click the ‘Contact the Organizer’ button included in your order on the Tickets page of your Ticketmaster account
  • Call the support number included in the confirmation email

If a show is canceled, where do I get a refund?

If a show is canceled, refunds are available at point of purchase. You will be refunded automatically if you purchased a ticket through Ticketmaster. Please note openers are always subject to change. Moroccan Lounge does not have the ability to process refunds.

What are my payment options in the venue?

***AS OF MARCH 2025, MOROCCAN LOUNGE IS A CASHLESS VENUE!!***

If tickets do not sell out in advance, they will be sold at the door on the night of the show. For sold-out shows, a limited amount of standby tickets may be made available when doors open. Please note that purchasing in-person avoids Ticketmaster service charges but there will be a flat $2 per ticket processing fee.

Our venue accepts American Express, MasterCard and Visa.

How old do I have to be to get into the club?

Please check the show page to verify age limits for individual Moroccan Lounge shows. Many are ages 21+ and under no circumstances will we make exceptions to the published age requirements of our events.

My friend and I just started a band, how can I get us a show booked at the Moroccan Lounge?

The best way to get a show at the Moroccan Lounge is to e-mail us using the button below. Booking requests are not accepted via phone or at the club itself.

Please have the following ready:

  • Band Name
  • Links to music (Spotify, Soundcloud, Bandcamp…)
  • Links to social media (Facebook, TikTok)
  • Local show history (When, where, ticket price, and your individual draw)

Due to the high volume, we will listen to every submission, but may not be able to respond to all booking requests.

Do your clubs have seats?

The Moroccan Lounge is a General Admission standing room only venue. There is limited booth seating in the bar area, and accommodations will be made for anyone medically unable to stand. For disability seating requests & info, please email info@themoroccan.com .

Can you scan my tickets off my phone?

Yes! Just have the brightness turned up full blast to make it easier. Please have the Ticketmaster or Wallet app open upon entering the venue. We do not accept screenshots.

What kind of drinks do you have?

We have bottled H20, soft drinks, and Red Bull along with a wide selection of beers (on-tap and bottled), wine and spirits. We also offer free self-service water at our bar.

I have a blog. Do I count as press?

The Moroccan Lounge doesn’t issue press passes or photo passes. All press inquires should be directed to the band’s publicist, label or management.

Can you give me the contact of someone with the band/label/agent?

Unfortunately, we cannot give out that information. Legitimate press know they can often find contacts for artists’ representatives on their Facebook page and/or website.

Is smoking allowed inside the club?

Sorry, there is no smoking allowed inside the venue, however there is a smoking section outside the venue.

Is there re-entry?

We offer re-entry with a stamp once you have been checked in at the box office. Our smoking area is outside the main entrance to the venue. However, no beverages of any kind are allowed outside, and outside beverages cannot be brought into the venue.

Other Moroccan Lounge Rules & FAQs

No flyers, stickers, or handbills will be allowed in the club.

You will be ejected for throwing ANYTHING.

No outside food, beverages, markers, spray paint, weapons (includes pocket knives).

You must show proof of age by government-issued photo ID and get a wristband to be served at the bar.
